GeeFree Launches Broadcast Advertising Campaign

Industry First For a Gluten-Free Manufacturer

ENGLEWOOD CLIFFS, N.J. (May 2, 2017) – GeeFree, a fast-growing manufacturer of all-natural, frozen, gluten-free puff pastry foods, is really cooking as it launches a broadcast advertising campaign this month. GeeFree is unique in that no other companies in the U.S. produce gluten-free puff pastry dough.

TimeLine Video, a digital and broadcast media production agency produced the creative and Lockard & Wechsler Direct conducted the media buy. The ad was directed by Max Wright and food styled by Marsha Harris. The branded direct response campaign, which will run throughout the month of May, will air on multiple broadcast television stations throughout the NY/NJ/PA tri-state area and is designed to drive consumers to local supermarket partners as well as the ecommerce website.

 

This will mark the first time a gluten-free company has advertised on broadcast television.

 

GeeFree’s appetizer line currently features Franks in a Blanket, Spanakopita, Chicken Pot Pie and Cheeseburger Bites. GeeFree Puff Pastry Sheets are designed for the home chef and ideal for creating turnovers, empanadas, pies, potato puffs, brie & raspberry rolls, cigar rolls, and more. GeeFree will be launching a line of microwaveable, gluten-free puff pastry pocket sandwiches next month – Buffalo Style Chicken, Cheese Pizza Pockets, Sausage Egg and Cheese.

                                                                           

GeeFree can be purchased at over 600 locations throughout NY, NJ, PA & FL including Whole Foods, Wegmans, Kings, Shoprite, Price Chopper, Food Town, Key Foods, Richard’s Foodporium, Nutrition Smart Natural Organic Grocery and Rollin’ Oats with more stores to come second quarter 2017.
