Peanut Butter Chocolate Sandwich

Peanut butter and chocolate, a match made in heaven. Share this heavenly recipe with your loved ones this Valentine's Day!

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of GeeFree puff pastry dough
  • 4 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 package semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Prepare Dough
    1. Preheat oven to 375°.
    2. Roll out dough to about half thickness  
    3. Cut dough into 1,1/2" squares  
    4. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until crisp
  2. Make Peanut Butter Filling 
    1. Combine 4 tbsp peanut butter, 2 tbsp cream cheese, and 1/4 cup powdered sugar in a bowl
    2. Mix until smooth
  3. Fill pastry squares with Peanut Butter Filling
  4. Melt semi-sweet chocolate chips, dip squares 
  5. Allow to harden
