Sausage & Pepper Pastry

Ingredients: 

  • Sausage 
  • Peppers
  • Onions
  • Geefree puff pastry dough

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 375*
  • Fully cook sausage and split
  • Sauté peppers & onions (Do not over cook, they will get soft in the oven
  • Roll out Geefree pastry and cut into about 6X6 squares 
  • Place sausage, peppers & Onions in the middle of dough, corners top to bottom
  • Fold the side corners into the middle, wet the corners of the dough to help it stick 
  • Back for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown
