Yes, We test to 3PPM’s (parts per million) or less. Our certification is through GFS Laboratories International, LLC
How long will the dough last once defrosted?
It will last 5 days in the refrigerator.
Should I be aware of any potential allergens in your products?
We make sure to provide a detailed list of all the ingredients of each product on their respective pages. All of our products contain dairy and eggs. There are no nuts or shell fish, however, our facility does produce products containing both.
The Gluten Free certification we carry is the strictest in the industry. It ensures the level of sanitizing the factory must go through is above and beyond standards necessary to eliminate allergens.
